■ STEPHEN Thomp-son’s strike sent Marske to the top of the table.
The Seasiders entered the game in second, so when bottom-placed Pickering took a surprise lead, Marske had to work hard for their victory.
Dom Joynes carried the ball into the box and found Billy Logan in space to convert, but it only took four minutes for Marske to equalise.
