I’VE been following the FA Sunday Cup with avid interest this season after I heard about an extraordinary crowd of 2,000-plus for a second round tie back in January.
On that occasion, Baiteze Squad beat SE Dons 3-2 at Barking FC’s Mayesbrook Park. It was the first competitive meeting of two London teams who have become globally renowned thanks to the huge YouTube impact of filming and broadcasting Sunday League football.
