WHITBY TOWN are unlikely to make the NPL Premier play-offs but they at least restored some pride after a run of three games without a win.
It was two goals in the opening seven minutes that won it for the hosts. A rash challenge resulted in a Whitby penalty within four minutes and on-loan Middlesbrough winger Harry Green calmly slotted home the opening goal.
