CARLTON TOWN will appeal the decision of the Football Association to move them to the Northern Premier East League.
The Millers finished just outside the play-off places in NPL Midlands last season but have been shuffled across to make way for this year’s intake of promoted Step 5 clubs.
In a statement, chairman Mick Garton said: “In my 20-plus years as chairman, I have never received such negative feedback to an announcement.
