A MARK BECK hat-trick saw Darlington overcome ten-man Southport, but Quakers made hard work against an off-form side.
In an explosive start, there were three goals and a red card in the first 13 minutes, with Southport taking a sixth-minute lead through Niall Watson. He turned in at close-range after a corner, but within a minute of the restart Quakers were awarded a penalty when Michael Carberry felled Kaine Felix.
