KEIRAN Mear has quit as manager of North West Counties League new boys Foley Meir.
Mear leaves the club after 15 years, along with his assistant Sam Golden, after the team managed just one win in their first seven Division One South games.
After claiming the Staffs County League Premier division title in 2021, last season’s top four finish allowed them to achieve promotion to Step 6 for the first time.
