STRATFORD only had themselves to blame on a dismal day for Gavin Hurren’s men against Rushall.
The opening goal set the tone for an afternoon of difficult viewing for the home support, when Alex Fletcher’s long throw into a busy crowd of players resulted in Stratford turning the ball into their own net. A minute before the half-hour mark it was two, after Reece Mitchell’s right-flank corner kick looped directly into the far corner of the net – leaving Town custodian Leon Phillips disenchanted.
