WHITEHAWK extended their unbeaten start to the league season with a well-earned win over East Grinstead Town.
On a fresh afternoon, the Hawks stuttered in an evenly contested opening half. But the second half was a different story, Whitehawk springing out of the traps as Harry Shooman headed in from close-range after Joel Daly’s shot smacked the underside of the crossbar.
