■ CHIPSTEAD salvaged a point from their local derby with Merstham at a drizzly High Road.
In a goalless first half, Jerry O’Sullivan and Jensen Grant made key blocks for the home side, while Alpha Diallo shot just wide of the far post.
Into the second half, and Merstham took the lead when striker Omar Koroma turned home from close range. 
The home side tried to build some momentum, with skipper Kieran Lavery pushing further forward. He went close, and Andy Somo was denied on the break, but the equaliser came when the referee blew...
