SOUTHERN LEAGUE chairman Anthony Hughes says they would have considered any option that could have avoided Harlow Town’s shock resignation.
The Step 4 Division One Central club re-laid their pitch in the summer and it passed the FIFA quality test that allowed them to kick off the new season.
