PETER TAYLOR admits taking over at Maldon & Tiptree represents a different kind of challenge to that he faced as a player and manager for England – but one he is relishing equally as much.
The 69-year-old was unveiled as the new man in charge of the Isthmian North Jammers this week – the 24th job of his illustrious managerial career.
Taylor was put in charge of the national team for one game in November 2000, famously handing the captain’s armband to David Beckham for the first time.
