TORQUAY United eased their relegation fears as they completed their first double of the season with a hard fought win over FC Halifax Town.
Skipper Asa Hall’s 72nd minute effort ultimately proved to be the difference for the Gulls and boss Gary Johnson felt his side fully deserved their victory.
