ALFRETON TOWN kept their third league clean sheet in a row as they narrowly defeated Farsley Celtic in a low-key affair at the Impact Stadium.
A late strike from Dwayne Wiley grabbed the points in a match with little in terms of clear-cut chances.
In-form Jordan Thewlis had the best of the early opportunities for Alfreton as he pulled an early chance wide and had another effort well blocked by a Farsley defender.
Jimmy Spencer and former Alfreton man Tom Allan headed efforts wide of the target for Farsley before the break.
