PETERBOROUGH Sports last night confirmed that manager Jimmy Dean had left the club to take on a full-time role, believed to be Scunthorpe United.
Dean wasn’t at the Bee Arena for yesterday’s visit of Kidderminster Harriers but was instead watching from the stands as Scunthorpe drew 1-1 with Bromley in the National League.
And the players he leaves behind were duly punished by two-goal Ashley Hemmings as Harriers continued their revitalised push for a play-off place.
