AFC WULFRUNIANS crashed out to ten-man Congleton Town.
The Wulfs had a chance nine minutes in when Ashley Jackson played Jumaane Meggoe through. But keeper David Parton parried it behind.
The visitors led on 23 minutes when keeper Jake James came off his line and failed to clear. The ball was lobbed back into the area and Congleton’s Daniel Needham scored.
The game changed on the stroke of half-time as Town’s player-boss Richard Duffy was sent off for a professional foul.
