I WAS delighted to discover some of the best signage in Non-League football on my trip to Midland League side Coton Green FC last week.
On approaching their New Mill Lane HQ near Tamworth, I encountered a multitude of enticing club signs that almost sucked me towards the main entry gate.
It was a similar story inside the ground where I counted 50 eye-catching boards.
Poor signage makes the place look soulless and unloved.
So the unexpected high quality display at Coton Green engendered a really pleasant welcoming experience. Maybe other teams can strike up similar reci...
