■ SHILDON boosted their hopes of beating the drop after substitute Alex Hutchinson claimed a decisive goal deep into added time.
It was a painful blow for Lincoln, who went so close to averting a fourth successive defeat when Callum Foster levelled on 89 minutes.
The reward felt just for the Whites, dominant in the first half without scoring and later frustrated that referee Ashley Allen rejected several penalty appeals.
