PAUL SMITH insists he is under no pressure to achieve immediate success after returning at boss of Halesowen Town.
Smith quit after over three years in charge of the Yeltz last October to take time out following the death of his father and father-in-law.
Assistants Craig Nicholls and Martin Sockett took over and continued their club’s fast start to the NPL Midlands division, giving the Yeltz hope of finally winning promotion back to Step 3 after four Covid-hit seasons away.
