BRIGHTLINGSEA Regent enjoyed an eventually comfortable victory over Corinthian-Casual, who had to play striker Nathanial Pinney in goal.
Expectations of a quiet end-ofseason game between two relegated teams playing for only pride were wrong as both teams put on quite a show, with energy and commitment.
That said, few could have guessed that there would be six goals after little of note happened in either penalty area in the opening quarter.
