FORMER Paris Saint Germain youngster Ousseynou Cisse has become Dennis Kutrieb’s seconds signing of the summer at Ebbsfleet United.
The 32-year-old spent seven years with PSG’s academy before breaking into senior football with Amiens in the French second and third tiers. He also played for Dijon and Tours, with time in Spain and Belgium in between.
