WEAVERS COMMITS TO HALL

EASTERN Counties Premier outfit Mildenhall Town have handed player-manager Phil Weavers a three-year contract.
The former Bury Town and Stowmarket Town player joined the club four years ago and became boss last summer.
He has impressed club officials with a string of summer signings, luring full-back Ben Nolan and midfielder Jarid Robson back to the Riverside from Cambridge City.
In his first full season in charge, Mildenhall finished sixth.
Chairman William Flynn said: “He has managed the team really well.”
