■ FROME began the season with a frustrating goalless draw at home to newly-promoted Cribbs, dominating the game with their performance but sorely lacking a goal.
The Robins started strongly when Ollis fired an early chance just wide of the post and regularly found entry into Cribbs’ box, the visitor’s defence remaining solid.
After the interval, Frome kept producing chances, as Ollis, Rusher, substitute Griffith and Monks all went close, but to no avail.
