THREE well-taken goals helped Alsager bullet through to the next round as they saw off higher league foes Hereford Lads club.
They took the lead after four minutes when the ball fell to Alsager’s top scorer Jack Woolley who bagged.
The Cheshire side had further chances to extend the lead before and after the break, Son forced the goalkeeper into a fine save, while, Ollie Pope probably had the best of the lot when he hit a post after the restart.
