NEAL Ardley described his first taste of York City’s LNER Stadium as ‘brutal’ as the Minstermen were twice pegged back to take a share of the spoils against Boreham Wood.
The former Notts County and Solihill Moors chief was unveiled as Michael Morton’s successor on Wednesday and was soon lifted by Dipo Akinyemi’s first-half opener.
