YORK City claimed their first victory since April with an emphatic win over the nine men of Southend United. 
The bottom two of the National League clashed heads in North Yorkshire, as Neal Ardley claimed his first three points as York manager then offered sympathy to opposite number Kevin Maher.
A wonder strike from Thierry Latty-Fairweather alongside excellent team goals from Maziar Kouhyar and Zanda Siziba saw City claim their first three points of the season.
