STAFFORD Rangers were resurgent during a thriller with Sporting Khalsa, who battled but were unable to cancel out three Rangers first-half goals.
Sporting started brightly with Toumanz Sidibe denied twice as the dangerman broke through but saw his effort saved by Cameron Belford. But Rangers scored first through Aaron Braithwaite who found the top corner from debutant Rakealan Jeffers’ set-up for an eighth-minute lead.
