TOW Law Town are looking for a new manager after parting company with Scott Nicholson after less than five months.
Under Nicholson, who played for the Lawyers in the 1990s and then with Whitby Town, had previously been head of foundation at Spennymoor Town.
He took over the reins after Michael Vesey resigned in June after four seasons in charge.
The duo’s departure came after the Lawyers collected just one point from 11 Northern League games leaving them second from bottom.
Goalkeeper coach Lee Walker and Lee Pratt have been placed in interim charge.
