■THIS was a thoroughly entertaining scoreless game with plenty of action at both ends of the pitch.
On the half-hour mark Gil Carvalho thought he had broken the deadlock drilling into the bottom corner but he was ruled offside. Sam German
looked to have scored from a corner but his header agonisingly went the wrong side of the upright.
Deres’ best chance came a minute before the break, when former Bay player Marcel Barrington’s fine volley was well saved by Harry Brooks.
