KEITH Rowland is back in the managerial hotseat with Brentwood Town.
The former West Ham, QPR and Bournemouth midfield ace replaces Craig Shipman, who was relieved of his duties in his third spell as manager this week.
Rowland started his coaching career at Aveley, guiding them in to the play-offs in the Isthmian Premier League.
He then went to Braintree Town and became assistant manager to Alan Devonshire.
