SCOTT Wilson’s 13th goal of the season proved enough for Bath City to see off the brave challenge of Southern League Beaconsfield Town.
The lethal frontman found room past a packed defence to seal his side’s progress to round three.
Wilson could have opened the scoring early on when Jordan Thomas’ cross picked out the leading marksman but his header was well batted away by Matt Rowley.
