TWO home defeats in the space of a week have taken the shine off Aberystwyth’s back-to-back wins in the JD Cymru Premier. Those victories over Penybont and Barry Town United lifted them off the bottom and took them to within a point of safety but a 1-0 defeat early in the week at home to Newtown rather burst their bubble. Then they were cruelly beaten by a 95th-minute Bala Town goal.
