CHESTERFIELD look almost uncatchable at the top of the National League – and it’s still only November!
Paul Cook’s high-flying Spireites extended their lead at the summit to a massive 11 points, with a game in hand, after a 3-2 win at home to Eastleigh yesterday thanks to a goal from Will Grigg and an Ollie Banks double.
Rivals Barnet lost 3-2 to Wealdstone – their fourth straight defeat – taking Bromley into second after a 4-1 win at Hartlepool.
