HOOPS FUND AFTER PLAYER COLLAPSES

CORINTHIAN FC have launched a GoFundMe page to support the family of first-team player Cameron Beckles, who remains in hospital after collapsing during a game.
Beckles went down in the 40th minute of his side’s Kent Senior Trophy match at Larkfield & New Hythe last Saturday, just eight minutes after coming on as a substitute.
With the game abandoned at half-time, physios, with the help of management and players of both sides acted swiftly to treat Beckles before he was taken by ambulance to Maidstone Hospital and then later to a London hospital when he underwent surgery on...
