GOALKEEPER Ross Durrant was the hero for Long Eaton United as his penalty save in the 88th minute saw United do the double over fellow strugglers Berkhamsted.
It took less than two minutes for Long Eaton to take the lead at Grange Park. Casey Johnson, 17, played a long ball in behind the Berkhamsted defence, which James Spruce raced onto and slotted past Jamie Head for his second goal of the season.
