MANAGERLESS South Shields ended a run of five straight losses but were held to a draw at home to bogey side Warrington Town.
Out-of-sorts Shields could have snatched a win late on, but a share of the spoils at least ended their losing streak.
Warrington had the better of a drab first half and defender Tom Hannigan twice came close to scoring from corners, one cleared off the line, before they made a deserved breakthrough on the half-hour.
