HERNE Bay eased to a fine 2-0 victory, but could easily have won by many more.
A single Danny Walder goal was all Bay had to show for a dominant first half. His goal from a 35- yard free-kick, catching goalkeeper Endurance Johnson napping as it rifled into the bottom corner.
Bay piled on the pressure in the second period and saw Michael Salako’s header ruled out for offside, while Mo Kamara raced into the box and fired towards the top corner only to see Johnson deny him with a finger-tip save.
