BOSTON grabbed their first win in five games thanks to a first-half brace from a lively frontman Jacob Hazel.
Hosts South Shields had opportunities to level in the second period but it wasn’t enough as the Pilgrims left the 1st Cloud Arena with all three points.
Boston gained the upper hand in a thrilling opening half when Martin Woods picked up a loose ball and played through Hazel, who comfortably finished past Myles Boney on 12 minutes.
