LYDD Town have appointed former captain Scott Porter as manager just days after he quit Southern Counties East Premier rivals Hollands & Blair.
Porter lamnded the job after previous player/boss James Rogers mutually agreed to step down to concentrate on his playing commitments.
The new boss is joined at Dengemarsh Road by assistant Mark Lane and coach Shaun Welford, while Owen Kessack and Dexter Gondongwe will remain as part of the coaching team.
