■ JUST THREE GAMES survived the wet weather in the top tier, with the entire schedule in Division One going. Struggling Arlesey Town showed plenty of grit in their battle against relegation, picking up a point in a 2-2 home draw with London Lions – a blow for the play-off hopes of the Lions.
Rory Busby was Arlesey’s hero, poking home in the final minute to ensure the spoils were shared. It was the second time they had to claw back a deficit, Lions going in at the break a goal up courtesy of Jesse Tapnack, before Tommy Cooney levelled things up.
