Relegation candidates Corinthian-Casuals face a challenge against high-flying Southall on Saturday.
Corinthian-Casuals are rooted to the bottom of the Isthmian League Division One – South Central table, and have picked up three wins and four draws in their 27 games to date.
Southall, meanwhile, are second in the standings with 60 points, having won 19 and drawn three of their first 28 matches, and are seven points behind table-toppers Chertsey Town.
With 18 goals in 27 games so far this season, Corinthian-Casuals are the league’s lowest scorers with 0.7 goals per game. And they are conceding more than average, letting in 66 goals at a rate of 2.4 per game.
Southall, meanwhile, are above average scorers, with 2.2 goals per game, compared to a league average of 1.7. They have conceded 1.1 goals per game.
The hosts are in terrible form in the Isthmian League Division One South Central, with no wins and two draws from their last six games.
With three wins and three losses over that period, the away team’s form is much better – they have taken nine points from 18, compared to Corinthian-Casuals’s two.
Corinthian-Casuals’s last match was on Tuesday, a 2-0 loss against South Park.
Southall beat Westfield Surrey 3-1 last time out, on February 10.
