HORSHAM came from behind to secure victory at Billericay Town, putting another dent in the home side’s promotion aspirations.
The Blues were nearly on the winning trail on 17 minutes. Matt Johnson knocked the ball down for Jay Porter, who unselfishly provided for Ollie Peters but his strike was blocked.
Billericay made the breakthrough just before the half-hour mark when captain Johnson crossed for Frankie Merrifield, who was able to apply the deft touch required to steer home.
