■ PRESCOT Cables slipped to third in the table after a battling draw in awful weather conditions against Hanley.
Cables could have taken the lead as soon as the third minute when Kyle Sambor was played in, only for the Cables man to find the side netting.
Cables did take the lead through Matty Devine on the half-hour mark. When Hanley failed to clear their lines, Devine fired low and hard into the net.
The visitors drew level six minutes later from their only real chance of the half, Dylan Scott firing past Mitch Allen.
