BASINGSTOKE Town made it four straight wins on a memorable afternoon at Winklebury, coming from a goal down to beat Hendon.
The first chance fell to Hendon after nine minutes, but Simon Grant pulled off a fine save.
At the other end, Dylan Berry pulled off two good stops, after 22 and 27 minutes.
In the 41st minute, Hendon fans were rubbing their eyes in disbelief as the referee pointed to the spot, the club’s first penalty for 14 months.
Skipper Joe White took responsibility and converted confidently.
