THERE was an air of inevitability with top side Chertsey Town hosting bottom-placed Corinthian-Casuals.
And the notion was enhanced when the Curfews took a second-minute lead, Rees Robins firing home.
Casuals hardly created any danger until stoppage time, although they brightened for a while midway through the second half when the home side was reduced to ten after Chad Goulter was given red.
