BOWERS & PITSEA ran out deserving winners at the Simarco Stadium. Two goals in each half sealed a victory for the visitors and boosted their play-off hopes.
Bowers took the lead in the 24th minute when Thomas Stagg scored with a fierce shot after receiving a diagonal pass. Stagg scored again on the stroke of halftime.
An excellent 54th minute strike by Archie McFadden gave Witham hope but goals by Vaivada and Luke Reeve for Bowers after 69 and 72 minutes finished the game as a competition.
