MOUSEHOLE recorded their first win in a month to keep within touching distance of the play-off places with games in hand – six at home and two away.
Against fourth-placed Manor Farm, who had won their last five, the Seagulls got off to a flying start in the fourth minute, Tim Nixon latching on to an incisive move on the right.
Farm came back strongly, missing a couple of good chances, and keeper Ollie Chenoweth making a fantastic point-blank save to keep his side ahead.
