LAMAR REYNOLDS bagged a hattrick in the final seven minutes as a late onslaught saw Maidstone United run riot at Priory Lane.
The Stones striker took full advantage of an Eastbourne Borough side who were reduced to nine men following the sendings off of Sam Beard and Pierce Bird inside 53 minutes.
Play-off chasing Maidstone took the lead within seven minutes when Sam Corne fired home from the penalty spot after referee Robert Ablitt djudged Jephte Tanga to have been impeded in the box.
