HERNE BAY took the points in a five-goal thriller, despite falling behind when Kiye Martin curled the ball into the top corner to give the visitors a deserved lead.
Bay levelled on the stroke of half-time. A fierce drive from Scott Heard was only parried by keeper Matte Pierson with the ball falling to Kane Rowland to smash home. Rowland was on target again 50 seconds later, driving home a Mike Salako cross to give Bay the lead.
