Metropolitan Police travel looking to secure a first win in nine Isthmian League Division One – South Central games against Ascot United on Saturday.
Metropolitan Police have lost five and drawn three matches since they last earned three points – against Guernsey on February 17.
They face an Ascot side who have won three and drawn one over that time.
Metropolitan Police are 18th in the table after 36 games, of which they have won eight and drawn eight, earning 32 points.
Ascot are five places ahead of the visitors in 13th, with 12 wins and six draws putting them on 42 points.
With 35 goals in 36 games so far this season, Metropolitan Police are the league’s second-lowest scorers with 1.0 goals per game. And they are conceding more than average, letting in 61 goals at a rate of 1.7 per game.
United are also below average scorers, with 1.4 goals per game, compared to a league average of 1.6. They have conceded 1.7 goals per game.
Ascot’s last match was on April 13, a 3-1 loss against Chertsey Town.
Metropolitan Police lost 1-0 against Thatcham Town last time out, also on April 13.
