■ CALLUM Saunders’ second half goal lifted Nantwich to a final day win at 10-man Widnes.
The Dabbers made a flying start when talisman Byron Harrison opened the scoring after just three minutes, turning home.
But Widnes responded well and were level 11 minutes later with Sean Miller finishing smartly into the bottom corner from James Steele’s cut back.
Nantwich, to their credit, stayed in the game and took the lead early in the second half as Saunders raced on to a through ball to finish well beyond Cameron Terry.
